Supported Hardware

BluePOS Go supports the following payment hardware for processing card-present transactions.

ID TECH VP3350 Card Reader

The ID TECH VP3350 card reader is a Bluetooth-enabled payment device used to accept card-present payments within SwiftConex.

The VP3350 card reader supports the following payment methods:

• Tap (contactless / NFC payments)
• Insert (chip card / EMV)
• Swipe (magnetic stripe)

The device connects to the mobile device running SwiftConex using Bluetooth and allows customers to complete payment directly on the reader.

The VP3350 card reader is shipped preconfigured and does not require additional configuration before use.

Once powered on, the reader can be connected to the application through the Bluetooth connection settings.
