Connecting the Card Reader (iOS)

The VP3350 card reader connects to your iOS device using Bluetooth. On iOS devices, the connection is managed entirely within the BluePOS Go application.

The card reader cannot be connected through the iOS Bluetooth settings. All connection steps must be completed within the app.

Connect the Card Reader

1. Make sure the VP3350 card reader is powered on
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device
3. Open BluePOS Go

When the app opens, a message will appear prompting you to connect your card reader.

4. Tap Scan or Connect to search for available devices
5. Select ID TECH VP3350 from the list
6. A Bluetooth pairing request will appear
7. Tap Pair
8. Enter the pairing PIN (usually 0000 or 1234), if prompted

The app will begin connecting to the card reader.

Connection Complete

The VP3350 device will display green indicator lights
A confirmation message will appear in the app

Once connected, the card reader will be ready to process transactions.
