The card reader is not connecting. What should I do?
Make sure the VP3350 card reader is powered on.
Verify Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device.
Open Settings in SwiftConex and confirm the device appears in the Bluetooth connection list.
Reconnect the card reader through the app if needed.
Restart both the card reader and mobile device.
The card reader is not appearing in the Bluetooth list

Ensure the device is within Bluetooth range of the mobile device.
Confirm Bluetooth is enabled.
