Sample Applications

The following mobile sample apps give the merchant a head start for veryfing all the payment operations from your VP3350 device using the respective SDK version. This way, we boost your integration process without having to take on the usage of the SDK from scratch.

The sample apps are compherehensive as they contain all the payment operations available to the SDK. For this process, the merchant uses the staging or certification credentials provided by Bluefin. For more, see API Authentication | Basic Authentication.

This process ensures:

The project compiles - with the BluePOS Go build and the SDK release for each platform you want tested

BluePOS Go SDK connects to your Android/iOS device and BluePOS Go App
Successfull backend connection to the Bluefin Payment Gateway
Using test cards, the sample application and the device can make all the payment required by the merchant
On top of all this, the merchant can enable the developer diagnostics for debugging purposes and dissect each of the logs before deploying into production

After veryfing all the payment operations can be processed via sample apps, you can expand on the usage of the SDK itself and customize the experience of payment apps fully.

Source Code and Building
To build our sample applications with XCode and Android Studio, please pull them first from our Github repository.

Note
The samples use real SDK integrations: Android AIDL/activity handoff and iOS URL-scheme/callback handoff. Virtual devices can demonstrate the sample UI and missing-service/app behavior. Successful reader operations need BluePOS Go and compatible physical hardware. The obsolete iOS Demo return picker has been removed.
