Using the Side Navigation
The side navigation menu gives you quick access to the main sections of the system. Each section expands to show related sub-menu items, allowing you to quickly reach the specific tools, settings, or reports you need.

Access Level
Depending on your user role, you might or might not have access to all options.

Reports | POI Chain of Custody, Partner Summary, Client Summary, Partner Transaction Summary, Client Transaction Summary, Inventory Summary, User Report, Device Activity, Device Receipt, Daily Report and Decryption Totals, Billing Report |

Notifications and Profile Access
In the upper right corner of the screen, you will see the Notifications icon next to your Profile icon. Notifications alert you to important updates, such as when you have a device shipment to receive or when you have upcoming device attestations to complete.
- Click View to open the details of a notification. This action will also decrease the count shown on the Notifications icon.
- To clear all notifications without opening them individually, click Dismiss All.

When Notifications Remain Visible
Notifications for open device shipments and upcoming device attestations will remain visible until the shipment has been received and the attestation has been completed.
Your profile icon is shown as a circle containing the initials of your first and last name. Clicking it opens options for managing your profile settings, documentation, and support.

Profile Menu Options
Settings: Settings: Opens your profile page. From here, you can access Profile, Security, Notifications, and Opt-Out settings.
To access your Profile Settings:
- Click your Profile icon, where your first and last name appear.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the section you want to update and follow the prompts.
Profile: Update your name, email address, and choose your default login landing page.
(Note: Landing page options are based on your user role.)
Security: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and reset your password.
Notifications: Select the types of notifications you want to receive.

Opt-Out Access Restriction
Opt-Out is available only to Client Admins.
