Completing Equipment Requests

Using P2PE Manager, partners can request devices. Device orders and the device shipment process are visible to our partners.

1. Select the Equipment tab.
2. Search for the Request ID number and click to Edit it.
3. Click Complete.

For device requests, Bluefin will add a note if an equipment order needs to be completed.

If the deployment request includes a Request ID follow the instructions below after the shipment is created.
