Key Updates and Enhancements
2FA Now Required for Users with Super Agent Permissions
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required for all Super Agent users to strengthen account security. This requirement will be gradually rolled out to other user roles in future releases. For early setup, please see our guide on Enabling 2FA on PayConex.
Automatically Locking Inactive PayConex User Accounts
User accounts inactive for more than 90 days will now be automatically locked, enhancing security.
New Decline Rate-Based Locking for Hosted Payment Forms
We’ve introduced a configurable security rule for Hosted Payment Forms (HPFs), which automatically locks the form if the decline rate exceeds a threshold. This helps prevent fraudulent activity. Please contact [email protected] for details.
