ShieldConex® v1.19.3

Version 1.19.3 is a small update that adds a new limited-scope user role and enhanced auditing for the virtual terminal, both of which help minimize internal security risk.

New Feature

Virtual Terminal User Role

A new Virtual Terminal Only role lets you limit team members access to strictly using the Virtual Terminal Feature. This can be configured in the portal for new users as well as for existing Client Administrators and Users. A user with this role can be created via the existing process outlined here.

In addition, the new Virtual Terminal Audit Logging feature provides a comprehensive record of user actions inside the ShieldConex Virtual Terminal. Every key activity is securely logged, giving administrators the visibility they need for compliance, troubleshooting, and internal oversight.

The logs can be viewed by System Administrators, System Users, and Partner Supervisors by navigating to Manage -> Virtual Terminal Logging.

Bug Fixes

SSO + 2FA Login issue

Fixed cases where SAML/SSO users could be unexpectedly signed out during two-factor authorization.
