Key Features and Enhancements

Location Name is now included in the Transactions Report

The Location name has been added to the Transactions report to allow you to see where each transaction was processed.

ℹ️

Location Name will not appear in the Transactions tab, but will display in the downloaded Transactions report.

Partner and Client dropdown menus have been extended

The Partner and Client drop-down menus have been extended to allow better visibility.

Bug Fixes

Past Due Attestations now display in the Past Due Attestations tab

Past Due Attestations now display in the Past Due Attestations tab. This means that partners and clients can now successfully view and complete past-due attestations within that page.

Attestation Due Date now displays correctly in the Past Due Attestation email notification.

The due date in the Past Due Attestation email notification now displays in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

Client Admins can now successfully filter by Location in the Transactions tab

The Location filter is now successfully applied in the Transactions tab for Client Admins.

KIF Users can now utilize the Alt Key field in CSV Batch Creation

The Csv Batch creation no longer produces an error message when the Alt Key allows KIF users to successfully create devices with the Alt Key field populated.

The Device Batch Creation feature no longer produces error messages. KIF Users can now use the Device Batch Creation feature to create devices.

Devices in the Retired State are no longer displayed in the Shipments Widget

Devices that are in the retired state are no longer accounted for in the dashboard shipments widget.

Save and Submit Buttons have been reinstated in the Equipment Request Form

We have reinstated the save and submit buttons in the Equipment Request form. This means that Client Admins can now successfully save and submit Equipment requests.
